The short version: I build things, break things, and write it all down here.
I'm Patrick — a locksmith and limited energy technician by trade, a tinkerer and leatherworker by habit. This site is a running log of both sides: home network builds, hand-tooled leather armor, a media shelf built board by board, the occasional lock or low-voltage story from the day job, and whatever else ends up on the bench.
When I'm not fixing something that wasn't broken until I opened it up, I'm usually somewhere between the garage and the garden, figuring out the next thing to build.
