Backyard shed
Next on the list — a proper shed so the garage can go back to being a garage.
The garage has slowly become storage for everything that doesn't have a home, which means it's stopped being useful as an actual garage. A shed in the back corner of the yard would fix that in one move.
Still early — measuring the corner of the yard, figuring out whether a permit is actually needed, and pricing out a slab versus a simple gravel pad. Nothing built yet, but it's the next real project once the current backlog clears.
