Ranger costume kit
A historically-grounded fantasy ranger kit, built piece by piece for a late-summer faire.
Rather than buying a costume as a set, this is being built the slow way — piece by piece, so every strap, buckle, and pouch actually has a reason to exist rather than just looking the part.
Leatherwork overlaps heavily with the scale cuirass project, which means progress on one tends to unblock the other. Aiming to have the whole kit faire-ready by July.
